Is it obligated to book in advance?

For groups of 15 people and more (or for private workshops), it is obligated to fill out the booking form that you can find here
For an individual visit it is not obligated to book in advance but it is highly recommended. We have a limited number of tickets that on busy days can sell out very fast. Attention! A pre-bought ticket guarantees an entrance in the museum but it isn’t a fast pass. This means you still have to do the queue.

Is the museum wheelchair accessible? Is the museum accessible for strollers?

The museum is only partly accessible people in wheelchairs.
There are 4 steps at the entrance, we do not have a ramp. Inside there are also several steps and our elevator does not go to the fourth floor. Electric wheelchairs and rollators are unfortunately not allowed.
Strollers are allowed during the visit, but it is not recommended to take them along as there are many steps and we only have one elevator.

Are dogs allowed in the museum

No, dogs aren’t allowed.
